Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce security policies to protect organizational IT assets
• Oversee and manage a team dedicated to safeguarding IT infrastructure
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems to identify vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate responses to breaches
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure secure system architecture and practices are being followed
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies to proactively advance security measures
• Prepare detailed security reports for senior management, outlining risks and actionable recommendations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security with a proven track record as an IT Systems Security Manager
• Expertise in risk assessment and management practices
• Strong familiarity with security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred
