As the IT Systems Analyst for the organization you will implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. They analyze and create tests and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow. They perform QA tasks for new releases of internally developed and off the shelf systems.

Functions & Responsibilities

• You will define and coordinate and perform the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
• You will serve as a technical liaison between Enercon and vendors of core technical resources.
• You will investigate and resolve data related level 2 technical issues.
• You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
• You will meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• You will develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and the QA process
• You will translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• You will manage the set-up and configuration of systems
• You will provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• You will develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
• You will perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
• You will implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
• You will work closely with functional groups within Enercon to define, design, requirements and specification of software for developers.
• You will provide MS SQL Database support and maintenance.
• You will build custom reports via stored procedures, Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Office.
• You will automate Processes using SQL Stored Procedures and Jobs.
• You will document system modifications and perform software validation exercises.
• You will perform other Information Systems duties as required.

Job Requirements

• You must have experience in Microsoft SQL management and administration.
• You must have an understanding of T-SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions and Constraints.
• You must have basic understanding of programming language.
• You must have strong documentation skills
• You must have experience with MS Visio
• You must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• You must be able to define and prioritize tasks and provide scheduling and status information to upper management.
• You must possess strong self-starting and time management abilities.
• You must have experience in implementing and supporting IT related systems in a flexible engineering and manufacturing environment.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• MS SQL / T-SQL Development
• MS SQL Server
