We’re hiring an IT Systems Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory (AD). The ideal candidate will manage and support our AD infrastructure, with additional responsibilities in Patch Management and Antivirus Administration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our enterprise AD environment. Experience in Patch Management and Antivirus Administration is highly preferable and will be considered a strong advantage.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

• User and group account creation, management, and permissions assignment

• Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, modification, and troubleshooting

• Organizational Unit (OU) structure management and design best practices

• Active Directory replication monitoring and troubleshooting

• Implementing and maintaining security policies within the AD environment

• AD audit and compliance reporting

• Administering patch deployment using tools like WSUS, SCCM, or third-party solutions

• Regular system patching and vulnerability mitigation

• Testing and validating patches before production rollout

• Reporting and documentation of patch status and compliance

• Installing, configuring, and managing enterprise antivirus solutions (e.g., Trend Micro, Kaspersky)

• Monitoring antivirus console and threat reports

• Handling incident response and resolution for malware/virus detections

• Ensuring systems meet organizational and industry security standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
