Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT-Infrastructure & Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, including troubleshooting, incident and change management, and handling service requests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level and coordinate 2nd level support for IT-related issues and service requests in the following fields:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Server and Network Infrastructure (On Premisis and Cloud)
  • Endpoint Management and Support
  • Cybersecurity
  • Phone Infrastructure, included Mobile Phones
  • Business Applications (On-Premises and Cloud)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner
  • Manage and implement changes in accordance with ITIL v4 Foundation principles
  • Handle service requests and ensure they are resolved efficiently
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain and update documentation related to support processes and procedures


Working time:

Mo - Fr: 08:00 – 17:00 or

Mo - Fr: 09:00 – 18:00

Key qualifications

  • Relevant educational background in IT System Administration or System Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and German. French and Italian would be a plus
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a must
  • Experience wit Jira ITSM-Tool and other Atlassian products is a plus
  • Proven knowledgein Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Server and Endpoint management
  • Proven knowledge in Networking
  • Knowledge in Cyber Security is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability as well as willingness to take responsibility
  • Microsoft or other IT Certifications are a plus
