What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help onboard new team members with account setup and device provisioning.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support office tech (printers, conference rooms, etc.) and remote teams.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Passion for technology and helping others.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn about IT infrastructure and security.
• Conversational level of English language.
