• Provide level 1 IT support & Servicedesk troubleshooting
• Ticketing system use/dispatching
• IT inventory and procurement
• Computer Preventative maintenance
• Laptop and device configuration/staging/deployment
• Documentation

• Hardware Support Skills
• Computer information systems basics
• Documentation and communication skills

Education/Experience
