Your role in the team

As an IT Support and System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees' day-to-day work runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Administration of user accounts, groups and authorizations
  • License management for Office 365
  • Administration of Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution lists)
  • SharePoint and Teams administration
  • OneDrive for Business administration
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management) & Endpoint Management
  • Management of devices via Intune or other MDM solutions
  • Enforcing security policies for mobile and desktop devices
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting
  • Remote support for end users with hardware and software problems
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of network, server or cloud problems
  • Monitoring of backup processes and recovery
  • Web server & Domain administration
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of web servers (e.g. for the company website)
  • Administration of domains, DNS entries and certificates
  • Helpdesk & IT Service management
  • Introduction and administration of helpdesk software
  • Ticket processing and user support

What we expect from you

  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Clear and understandable communication with non-technical users.
  • German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation) and basic understanding of networks would be desirable (VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
