Your role in the team
As an IT Support and System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees' day-to-day work runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administration of user accounts, groups and authorizations
- License management for Office 365
- Administration of Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution lists)
- SharePoint and Teams administration
- OneDrive for Business administration
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) & Endpoint Management
- Management of devices via Intune or other MDM solutions
- Enforcing security policies for mobile and desktop devices
- IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Remote support for end users with hardware and software problems
- Analysis and troubleshooting of network, server or cloud problems
- Monitoring of backup processes and recovery
- Web server & Domain administration
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of web servers (e.g. for the company website)
- Administration of domains, DNS entries and certificates
- Helpdesk & IT Service management
- Introduction and administration of helpdesk software
- Ticket processing and user support
What we expect from you
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Clear and understandable communication with non-technical users.
- German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation) and basic understanding of networks would be desirable (VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
