Responsibilities
Part of the Helpdesk team, providing end-user support to all employees globally.
Install, Configure & Troubleshoot all company’s endpoints.
Responsibility for all company onboarding/offboarding IT processes includes IT procurement.
Managing inventory and deployments.
Execute Hardware lifecycle Policy
Working with vendors (Orders, Support, procuring)
Support 3rd party applications and platforms (Office 365, Jira, Confluence, DaaS)
Requirements:
Over 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support role.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Self-motivated and independent.
Experience with Office 365 / G Suite – a must.
Proficient English, both written and spoken – a must
Experience supporting Mac – a must
Experience working with JumpCloud DaaS – an advantage
Experience with scripting - PowerShell or other – an advantage
