Seeking a Sr. Hardware Technician to work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA, Ogden UT and Oklahoma City OK. The Senior Technician's role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while insuring its optimal performance.

Role and Responsibilities·
· This task requires Secret access to work on both NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments. It requires a Senior Hardware Technician at this location, see 6.3.5 for minimum qualifications. Travel is required and all Full-Time Equivalents (FTE)s performing on this task shall have and maintain valid United States passports, before onboarding and during, as part of the hiring process, as this task could include Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) hardware installations. FTEs performing this task shall be able to lift boxes weighing up to 75 lbs. and shall be able to complete tasks that require moderate walking, standing, bending over, stooping, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and reaching. FTEs performing this task shall be able to distinguish between shades of colors visually and to see clearly up close to work with small wires (e.g., 1/32”).
· Installation, Integration, and Configuration of IT hardware (including server, storage, and network/communications) in designated facilities.
· Cabling
· De-Installation. The contractor shall perform the following de-installation tasks for IT hardware and associated components, including server, storage, and network/communications, in designated facilities
· Administrative, Policy, and Documentation Requirements. The contractor shall ensure all tasks/sub-tasks are completed in accordance with the team or published DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) website
· Touch Labor. The contractor shall perform touch labor tasks
Required skills
· Top secret clearance
· 2 or more years of directly related experience supporting information systems operations
· Candidate shall have the ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
· Have excellent customer service support skills.
Education requirements
· CompTIA Security +
· CompTIA A+
Monitor system performance.
