About The Role
We are seeking an IT Officer to support our growing business and provide exceptional IT assistance. You will have excellent customer service experience as well as problem-solving skills to support our employees and contractors nationally with our internal IT systems. You will also ensure security and integration of operational systems alongside the wider IT department.
In This Role You Will
- Be required to provide level 1 and 2 Support for all employees nationally
- Manage calls, ticket queue, image/configure laptops, desktops and printers
- Problem solve and assist with IT Systems and Applications
- Provide desktop/hardware support, printer diagnostics and troubleshooting assistance
- Have a great opportunity to continue your professional development in a Microsoft Office 365 based environment
To Be Successful, You Can Demonstrate
- L1 - L2 helpdesk support experience is required working with an IT ticketing system
- Experience working in an ITIL based IT support environment
- A fast learner, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical troubleshooting experience
- Solid focus on providing excellent customer service
- Experience working within a Microsoft Office 365 environment
- A bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline (highly desirable)
- 2 years’ experience in IT support or technical support role
