Title: IT Support & Network Administrator

Reports To: Controller

Job Purpose

Provide onsite maintenance, network, and IT support at St. Louis Location. Not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

IT Help Desk Services:

Deliver training and technical guidance to users with diverse levels of IT proficiency.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Prepare, assemble, and manage workstations, servers, and peripherals.
Supervise and maintain computer systems, servers, and network environments.
Assess, evaluate, and test new technology; propose enhancements or upgrades.
Facilitate audio-visual setups, video recordings, and related support tasks as needed.

Network Management

Manage and troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, and oversee mobile voice/data plan usage reporting.
Oversee printer supplies, schedule maintenance, and arrange service calls as necessary.
Administer user accounts, email configurations, and security protocols via Active Directory and Exchange Servers.
Perform regular data backups and ensure system recovery capabilities.
Manage file servers and shared network storage, optimizing disk space utilization.
Contribute to the creation and management of the IT budget.
Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Minimum Requirements

Associate degree or technical certification in IT Support or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and internal client communication.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems (2+ years).
Skilled in software application diagnostics and resolutions (2+ years).
Experience in assembling, configuring, and deploying computers (2+ years).
Expertise in managing Windows 2012 servers and Exchange environments (3+ years).
Familiarity with iOS devices and VoIP systems.
SharePoint knowledge is preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain strong organizational skills.
