Summary

The IT support Manager will oversee the delivery of IT support services and manage client-facing technologies across the organization. They will also drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, foster collaboration across teams as a liaison, and uphold security and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience with automation processes within Microsoft 365, Co-Pilot, SharePoint, Entra, etc.
  • Proven experience in IT support and client technologies management- leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of client device lifecycle management, IT service desk operations, and end-user support best practices.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles, compliance standards, and risk management.

Preferred

  • Certifications including ITIL, CompTIA A+, or related credentials.

This is a 6-month Contract-for-Hire onsite opportunity for our Minneapolis, MN client.
