What will you do?

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the company’s office computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure service response and resolution rates.
• Responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of the company’s office computer local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) to ensure smooth and stable computer networks.
• Responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting, and routine inspection of the company’s meeting room equipment to ensure stable operation of the meeting equipment.
• Responsible for recording and analyzing daily work orders, feedback on abnormal issues, and working with team resources to solve difficult problems.
• Responsible for implementing IT service level agreements (SLAs) in daily work, identifying issues, and proposing suggestions to optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What does a successful candidate look like?

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related IT field, with more than 3 years of work experience.
• Familiar with the use of daily office software such as Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable about computer hardware types and assembly.
• Proficient in the use and configuration of mainstream office operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
• Familiar with LAN configuration for PCs and devices, and knowledgeable about common network troubleshooting commands and methods.
• Candidates with basic configuration and maintenance experience in Windows and Linux Server systems are preferred.
• Possess a good sense of service and professional ethics, as well as strong communication and language expression skills.
