IT Support Engineer (Onsite, Bilingual JP/EN) – Global Entertainment Company

A leading global entertainment company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Japan operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting users.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support to internal users for IT systems and hardware
  • Troubleshoot PCs, printers, AV/meeting room systems, mobile devices (iPhones), and enterprise tools like Microsoft 365 and Citrix
  • Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets, escalating when needed
  • Set up and maintain Windows and Mac devices (macOS training available)
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
  • Support new hire onboarding
  • Act as "smart hands" for the regional/global IT operations team
  • Ensure proper documentation and SLA compliance for all support tasks

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related IT support roles
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (Intune), and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills in an international work environment
