IT Support Engineer (Onsite, Bilingual JP/EN) – Global Entertainment Company
A leading global entertainment company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Japan operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting users.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and 2 support to internal users for IT systems and hardware
Troubleshoot PCs, printers, AV/meeting room systems, mobile devices (iPhones), and enterprise tools like Microsoft 365 and Citrix
Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets, escalating when needed
Set up and maintain Windows and Mac devices (macOS training available)
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
Support new hire onboarding
Act as "smart hands" for the regional/global IT operations team
Ensure proper documentation and SLA compliance for all support tasks
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related IT support roles
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (Intune), and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 level or above)
Strong communication and customer service skills in an international work environment
