We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Support Engineer to serve as the first line of support for a wide range of technical issues in a global enterprise environment.

• The role will involve providing assistance to internal users, managing enterprise software systems, handling hardware setups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across multiple office locations.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder to queries and technical issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, internal applications, and network connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate them to appropriate internal teams.
• Administer and maintain enterprise software platforms.
• Act as onsite IT contact for systems such as VOIP, video conferencing tools, CCTV, printers, and access control.
• Implement technical standards, strategies, and solutions designed by the Global IT Team.
• Continuously improve the IT service experience for internal stakeholders.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support, IT operations, or related technical environments.
