🔹 Role Overview: As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech-related. Your mission? To ensure our clients’ seamless operations and enhance their employee productivity. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Location: These roles are based in Dublin and Cork and/or work from home. 
2. Technical Troubleshooting: Dive into the heart of issues, diagnose problems, and provide timely solutions. 
3. User Support: Be the friendly face of the company assisting users with hardware, software and network queries. 
4. System Maintenance: Keep laptops, and desktops in tip-top shape. 
5. Team Player:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective IT solutions.  
6. User Admin: Administer user accounts and access rights, ensuring data security and privacy. 
7. Roll out of new Equipment: Assist with rollout of new user devices e.g.: Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Phones etc. 
8. On-site and Remote Support: You will provide support to our clients both on-site and remotely. 
9. Meet SLA Targets: Ensure Service Level Agreement targets are met. 

🔹 Qualifications: 

• Experience: A minimum of one year in IT support. 
• Tech Savvy: Deep knowledge of operating systems, hardware, networking and user admin. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Confidentiality: Respect for client information and data security. 
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.  
• Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Fluent English: Fluent English speaking and writing. 
• Certification: Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications, CCNA, etc. is a strong advantage
• Driving Licence: A full Irish Driving Licence will be required and access to your own transport.
