Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager/ Senior Manager of Information and Communication Technology.

• Provide help desk support and guidance to use IT systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT application and system functionality.

• Arrange and conduct application and system tests to ensure system quality is up to an acceptable level.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.

• Prepare user training materials and arrange regular training to users.

• Document, report and resolve issues reported by users, prepare a monthly service support report.

• Assist to organise competitions and events to promote IT application adoption.

Requirements:

• 2+ years IT work experience with at least 1 year in technical support or project management.
• Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in helpdesk, technical and application support
• Sound knowledge of IT technical standard, security measures and controls.
• Familiarity with application and system integration and testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject domain experts.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of digital identity solution or use of API technology preferred .
• Knowledge of information security and data protection preferred

The position is on a temporary contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
