About the role
The Information Technology Support Administrator is responsible day to day maintenance of Windows desktop and laptop machines, user support, day to day user support and general
infrastructure maintenance. This will require the use of Jira Service Desk for ticket management and prioritization.
The Information Technology Support administrator reports to the Infrastructure Manager and supports hardware and software across the business using the Jira service desk application. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources for all users within the environment.
