You will:

• Provide technical support for client IT systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Support technically the local team regarding IT matters
• Develop and implement technical solutions

Skills and Experience:

• Strong foundation in IT with academic knowledge or prior experience
• Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is advantageous
• English is essential and basic knowledge of French is an advantage

Salary Range: EUR 27,000 to 30,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
