Anticipate technological trends and drive innovation to maintain the company's competitive edge. * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide development opportunities. * Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services. Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. * Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the company's data and IT assets from threats and vulnerabilities. * Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, making data-driven decisions to optimize costs and investments while ensuring effective allocation of resources. * Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of delivered services. * Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business processes and performance. * Compliance and Governance: Ensure IT operations and activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Implement best practices and frameworks to govern IT processes. * Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other related components. * Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. * Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, including configuration guides, procedures, and policies. * Conduct regular system and network audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives. * Ensure data integrity and availability through regular backups and disaster recovery planning. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure management. * Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external clients. * Understand and analyze business requirements to develop and implement IT solutions that align with organizational objectives. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, to convey technical information and project updates. * Provide training and support to end-users as needed. * Ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization. * Ability to create content required to aid in the communication with multiple levels of the organization.
