Swoon is partnering with a top-tier healthcare company that is seeking an experienced SAP HANA / Business Objects Developer for a long-term, remote contract-to-hire opportunity.

This role is ideal for a skilled developer who is passionate about building scalable data solutions and delivering business intelligence to drive decision-making in a highly regulated and data-rich environment.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA data models including Calculation Views, CDS Views, and complex SQL scripting.
• Create and optimize SAP Business Objects Universes for enterprise-level reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and build intuitive reporting solutions.
• Leverage SAP HANA Studio to implement high-performing, scalable data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance using SQL Plans and query tuning.
• Integrate HANA views with reporting tools like SAP BO Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, or SAC.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in healthcare-related reporting.

✅ Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP Business Objects Universe development
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling and development
• Strong understanding of SQL performance tuning and execution plans
• Experience working in SAP HANA Studio, with at least 4 full-lifecycle implementations
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL, and data modeling
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• US-based candidates only; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

🕐 Contract Details:

• Duration: 11 months with high potential to convert to full-time
• Pay Rate: $50/hour (W2)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Remote: Yes – fully remote
