As a
software developer lead in our Enterprise Development Capabilities & Services (EDCS) organization, you’ll support and enhance enterprise development tools. In this role, you’ll support development tools, focusing on Visual Studio IDE, Visual Studio Code, .NET Framework and .NET (Core, 8+), and NuGet, along with other developer tools like JetBrains ReSharper. With an automation-first mindset, you’ll drive improvements in developer productivity. In this role, you’ll work closely with domain architects, enterprise developers, and the Software Asset Management and Application Security teams to ensure smooth development tool adoption, cost efficiency, and compliance with enterprise standards.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET (Core, 8+)
- Experience with Visual Studio IDE, Visual Studio Code, other developer tools like JetBrains ReSharper, and Gen AI tools like GitHub Copilot
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, NuGet, Pipelines, and cloud-based development environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Strong experience with automation tools, scripting, and web-based technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar)
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills with ability to communicate and present effectively to senior-level leadership
Compensation
- $128,700-$150,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
