Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors.
Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships
Work closely with Temenos and the System Integration vendor to drive alignment between their outcomes and program objectives
Identify and monitor risks and issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures including working with teams to develop solution options
Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums
Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant courses
At least 15 years relevant experience
Experience in delivering large scale Core banking for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking
Experience in Philippines market and with Transact implementations in similar roles a plus
