What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with corporate standards
- In this position you must conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- It will be your responsibility to investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed
- You must stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions
- Additionally you will provide training and guidance to employees on security awareness and best practices
- Also, you will lead the implementation of cybersecurity measures and initiatives
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering safe and secure eLearning programs for employees andManage phishing consequence management and response strategies
- Furthermore you will work closely with the IT Security Officer to ensure alignment with organizational security strategies and compliance requirements
- You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation
What Makes You Great
- You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field and a master's degree is a plus
- Also, you have proven experience as an IT Security Specialist or in a similar role with a strong track record of managing and implementing security measures
- This position will require you to have in-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and security frameworks and be proficient in security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
- Additionally, you have experience conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing and are familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically and strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs.
