Job Description

As the second line of defense, the IT Risk Management Head shall ensure that the following duties and responsibilities of IT Risk Management Unit are performed:

• Responsible in establishing and implementing the risk management framework, policy, processes, and tools for the Bank’s IT Risk Management, in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations and best practices.
• Integrate and align the Bank’s growth priorities with the Bank’s IT risk posture.
• Support, enable, and partner with the lines of business to ensure that IT risks are identified, assessed, controlled, communicated, and monitored.
• Keep track, quantify and follow through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), IT risk issues, and remediation items.
• IT Risk Governance

1) Develop IT risk management framework / process and capability building.

2) Facilitate IT risk policy governance and management.

3) Communicate to the respective Committees, Board, and Executive leadership.

• IT Risk Optimization

1) Ensure that IT risk management methodology is developed and executed.

2) Check that proper IT risk identification, assessment, and control are practiced.

3) Guarantee that appropriate IT risk response and action plans monitoring are carried out.

• IT Risk Administration

1) Oversee the performance of IT risk management procedures and tools supervision, communication, and training.

2) Create and consolidate IT risk management reports.
