KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

The IT Risk and Controls Analyst will assist KPMG Manager and Director with tracking, reporting, scheduling, and sending emails. This role involves working directly with the client in evaluating evidence and readiness for both internal and external audits. The analyst will provide written and verbal feedback on gaps identified, and will be responsible for issues and gap identification, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist KPMG Manager and Director with tracking, reporting, scheduling, and sending emails.
• Work directly with the client in evaluating evidence and readiness for internal and external audits.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on gaps identified.
• Identify, track, and report issues and gaps.
• Ability to lead walkthroughs.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT audit (internal/external).
• Experience in leading cross IT automated control process walkthroughs.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of process flow.
• Proficiency in work paper documentation and testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
