Our client is currently seeking a Release Manager for a long term contract that must be done hybrid in Chicago, IL 3 days per week

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of IT business analysts, developers, system engineers, and QAs to deliver value-added solutions for the business
• Lead technical and complex deployments using AWS, Kubernetes, etc
• Coordinate tasks, gather and facilitate delivery requirements, manage communications and updates, escalate/ take escalations, track and manage synergies and dependencies supporting release deliverables
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review/demos and retrospectives meetings
• Influence team members or partners outside the team on new Agile practices and principals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Release Management experience at an enterprise level in Agile environments
• Scrum Master experience with working knowledge of Agile practices
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira
• PMP/CSM is a plus

pay rate: 70-85/hr some flex
