Position Responsibilities

• Guide and manage Uline’s QA strategy, setting the vision for testing standards and quality practices.
• Oversee testing efforts across all application teams, ensuring quality from planning through implementation.
• Build and guide a high-performing QA team, encouraging skill development and creating a leadership pipeline.
• Drive improvements in QA automation and processes to enhance efficiency and software reliability.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including a strong background in QA and software development.
• 4+ years managing a QA department or enterprise-level testing function.
• Proven track record overseeing complex system testing, from integration to user acceptance.
