Job Summary

The Information Technology Services (ITS) division seeks a Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) to lead strategic IT portfolios, facilitate prioritization, and drive delivery of high-impact initiatives. The PPM serves as the primary liaison between ITS and business units, managing intake, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting. This role also includes direct project and program management responsibilities.



The PPM ensures visibility across portfolios, partners with stakeholders to develop business cases, and guides governance processes. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week

Key Responsibiliti

esPortfolio & Project Management (60

  • %)Manage execution of IT projects and programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budge
  • t.Lead portfolio governance, resource planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagemen
  • t.Act as the primary liaison between ITS, business units, and vendor
  • s.Maintain data quality in ServiceNow and ensure accurate reportin
  • g.Align initiatives with business and IT strategies, and manage dependencies across project
  • s.Create and champion business cases for new initiative
  • s.Develop and maintain the portfolio roadma
  • p.Foster transparency and data-driven decision-makin
