Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) - Subject Matter Expert (SME) Future Opportunity CSEngineering is looking to add an Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) (SME) to our growing team! This position involves managing and leading complex projects and teams while adhering to schedule, budget, and scope. The Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) must possess expert knowledge in all aspects of project management, including scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, stakeholder management, human resources, and communications. The ITPM should demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they must establish confidence and credibility with managers and senior IT leaders, exhibit excellent communication skills, and promote open communication within teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) shall have experience managing and leading complex projects and teams within schedule, cost, and scope. The Information Technology Project Manager (ITPM) shall have expert knowledge of all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, stakeholders, human resources, and communications management. The ITPM shall be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, the ability to establish confidence and credibility with managers and senior-level IT leaders, excellent communication skills, and foster open communication on teams. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS Security Clearance: Secret * Active Project Management Professional (PMP), Certification Required * B.S. Degree in engineering, math, and/or science, M.S. Degree from an institution accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) required or equivalent work experience in direct support of DOD system engineering, including IT systems project management * Proficient in Microsoft Project. * Must be a United States Citizen REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * The PM shall have (8 years) experience successfully managing and leading the successful realization of complex projects under a budget in excess of $ 10 M. * Proactively managing the project with little supervision, resolving action items, issues, and risks. * Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, & Closing Projects * Controlling and monitoring Project Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, and Risk Reporting on Project Performance. * Manage Stakeholders' Expectations * Leading and directing multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope. * Assesses project health and directs any necessary corrective measures. * Creatively apply project management processes to address unique situations. * Creating and applying comprehensive project plans; detailed project schedules, resource estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities.
