Commensurate with Experience systemsGo is a rapidly expanding IT service provider specialising in providing Professional Services and IT infrastructure for multinational companies, headquartered in Sydney with offices and delivery teams throughout Asia.

We are seeking a skilled IT and AV Project Manager with plenty of design and consulting experience working on IT projects with specific skills in designing and building new systems such as Network, Voice, Information Security, Structured Cabling, Door Access Control, Audio & Video Conferencing and MEP or HVAC systems. The successful candidate will work together with systemsGo sales team and will report to the Regional Projects Director. Duties

Solution Architect  Liaise with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of business  Liaise with other professionals to design solution architecture for businesses and clients  Ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation of projects  Provide architectural guidance to the project team  Render consulting and technical support services on project implementation to the project team  Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals  Keep accurate record of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved  Ensure that solution milestones are accomplished at the right time  Guide the activities of the solution architecture unit to ensure timely completion of projects  Ensure that solution architecture (software and programs) designed are in sync with business needs and hardware  Review the proposal of vendors and suppliers to ensure that quality inputs are delivered at the least possible cost  Monitor the activities of external programmers or developers on IT solution projects  Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture. Project Management  Provide coordination with internal and external resources to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assist other project managers on large projects when needed  Be responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts.

 Maintain project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards

 Be responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the client  Monitor the progress made by subcontracted vendors and third party service providers to provide frequent updates to the project stakeholders  Partner with the systemsGo sales team to provide pre-sales technical support and to identify and prioritize new client opportunities

 Identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies which are aligned with the project goals Communication

 Create documents using industry standard tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint)  Present design and solutions clearly and effectively in a timely manner  Ideal candidate will be have sufficient confidence to interface directly with high profile clients Qualifications  Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other IT and AV related field  Should possess adequate knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools

(i.e. PMI, Prince2)  Must have at least 3 or more years working experience in IT and AV Infrastructure, and have technical expertise in one of the three following areas:

• Structured Cabling, Racks
• Door Access Control
• AV & Video Conferencing Systems
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or HVAC
• Complex Data & Telephony Networks & Systems Language  English – Both written and spoken fluency
