Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.

Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project deadlines.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues as they arise.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Foster clear communication among team members and stakeholders.

Conduct post-project evaluations and document best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

5+ years of proven experience in IT project management.

Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
