Identify required resources and track performance. Recommend business-aligned solutions. Provide cost/schedule forecasts and assess risks. Manage scope, changes, and stakeholder expectations. Monitor program metrics. Drive project closure activities (client surveys, analysis, archiving). Required Skills: 6-8 years Project Management experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in risk/schedule/resource management, ability to work independently, problem-solving orientation.
