What You’ll Do
We are seeking an IT Project Management Intern to join our IT CRM team. The IT Project Management Intern will support release management processes and project coordination within the IT CRM team. This internship provides hands-on experience in software release cycles, IT project planning, stakeholder communication, and system implementations, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT project management or release management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in release planning and execution, ensuring smooth deployments of IT systems and updates.
- Support IT project managers in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and risk assessments.
- Work with development and support operations teams to ensure successful software releases.
- Document release schedules, deployment processes, and change management procedures.
- Conduct testing coordination, ensuring that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
- Help monitor release progress, identifying and escalating any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and development teams.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track release performance and IT project progress.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Interest in IT project management, release management, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT change management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work full-time during summer and min. 20h/week during academic year.
