Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 5+ years of experience. You’ll be responsible for managing technical, software, and data/reporting-focused IT projects, leading teams of 10+ members or overseeing projects with multiple subprojects. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and lead IT project teams, following PMI’s project management framework. Work closely with project sponsors to align business and technical goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and create key reports (kickoff, progress, close-out). Define team roles, responsibilities, and establish methodologies. Document and mitigate risks, manage scope, and implement communication plans. Build a balanced team with IT and business subject matter experts. Track issues, remove barriers, and provide technical support. Lead application system analysts and manage complex application features. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership, executive presence, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple subprojects. Professional certification (PMI, etc.) is a plus.
