Our client is a well-established service provider seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of HRIS or ERP projects for their clients in Hong Kong. This is a critical role requiring exceptional stakeholder management and delivery skills to ensure project success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Lead end-to-end project management for HRIS or ERP system implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
• Manage project resources, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and change management activities to drive user adoption.
• Provide regular project updates to internal & external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on implementing well-known HRIS (such as SAP SuccessFactors/Workday) and/or ERP System (such as SAP/Oracle).
• Prior experience working in a consulting firm or IT service provider environment with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent end-to-end project management skills; with practical experience implementing solutions for large-scale projects from enterprises.
• Good understanding of relevant business procesees and industry best practices.
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English is a must; currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
