Summary

Position Description: We're growing rapidly and CGI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the IT team with the implementation of a critical IT separation program.. This position is located in Houston, Tx with a hybrid model in place of an expectation to be on site 3 days per week. Future Duties and Responsibilities Technology Scope Support IT and Procurement finalize contractual scope and manage project deliverables for a program involving: Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Infrastructure, Devices, and Cybersecurity * Application scope Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of SAP S4, Coupa, SalesForce, Boomi, Concur, OneSource, Okta and AD a plus. Liaise and a wide range of stakeholders including: Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Travel & Expense, HR & Payroll, Marketing, Legal. * Infrastructure scope Ensure orderly execution of project tasks across different infrastructure work streams (i.e., Network, Cloud Infrastructure, Operation Technology) * IT Security scope Ensure services comply with security policies and standards. Ensure employees understand their roles in supporting third-party activities. Work with employees to allocate necessary resources to support third-party efforts. * End User Device & GBS scope Assist with execution of migration planning. Follow guidelines for tenant and application setup Ensure device migration is carried out with clear expectations Ensure migration of OneDrive & Email are delivered Project Management Activities Manage key project management activities that enhance quality, scope, resources, and scope for successful project delivery with a focus on the following key project processes: Initiating * Assist with project kick-offs and onboarding resources. Planning * Manage vendor licensing for SaaS applications, obtain license keys, and provision servers (Plan Procurement Management). * Review and consolidate project plans, schedules, and dependencies (Develop Project Management Plan). * Establish and maintain dependencies, Gantt charts, and critical paths at both macro and granular levels (Develop Schedule). * Identify, mitigate, and monitor risks and issues (Plan Risk Responses). * Prepare for steering committees (Plan Stakeholder Engagement). Executing * Ensure licenses are procured and renewed on time (Conduct Procurements). * Provide status updates across workstreams (Manage Communications). * Resolve conflicts among stakeholders, especially with the carveout entity (Manage Stakeholder Engagement). Monitoring and Controlling * Schedule regular meetings with third-party vendors to monitor milestones, track progress, and address issues (Monitor and Control Project Work). * Monitor time, risk, scope, and satisfaction of customers and sponsors (Monitor and Control Project Work). * Safeguard sensitive and proprietary information throughout the program lifecycle (Control Quality). * Ensure deliverables are provided on time by various stakeholders (Control Scope). * Regularly review the SOW to ensure third-party activities align with defined scope and ensure all conditions are being met. (Control Scope). * Ensure proper testing and sign-off on features and data (Validate Scope). * Monitor change management. Manage any changes to the SOW through formal change control processes. Address any deviations from the SOW promptly. (Perform Integrated Change Control). * Hold weekly project meetings with task owners to discuss progress and escalate potential roadblocks and execution risks (Monitor Communications). Required Technical Skills to be successful in this role * Strong MS project - or equivalent * Strong PowerPoint. Figma a plus * Data manipulation, Excel Pivot * User level experience with SAP S4, Coupa, SalesForce, Boomi, Concur, OneSource, Okta and AD a plus. Other Skills and Experience * Analytical skills: They should be able to analyze problems and devise solutions. * Documentation and writing skills: Excel at writing concise and precise memos, documents, and presentations * Communication skills: Able to clearly explain technical, process or other issues while also collaborating on solutions * Leadership skills: Proven ability to co-lead workshops, drive resolution and deliver results * Problem-solving skills: Strong capacity for analyzing & defining a problem, simplifying it to its core components, solutioning it while ensuring buy-in from stakeholders * Work ethics: required, must be able and willing to go beyond to achieve successful outcomes, while working in the most ethical manner. * Team player: must play well with other, form partnership while able to work with limited supervision * Business/System Analysis experience a plus Reporting * Report to the Head of Corporate Business Functions with dotted line accountability Head of Corporate Apps, who has most of the scope * Work also very closely with for the Heads of: Infra, Cybersecurity, Global Business Services and Corporate functions #LI-SG2 "CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200 - $173,500."
