A leading global lifestyle brand is seeking a Project Manager to support the implementation of a Customer Data Platform.

You will join Customer Insights & Experience team to manage technological projects, ensuring seamless integration and utilisation of customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with Supplier & IT PMO, set deadlines, track progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Create governance documents and communications
• Align project with business objectives
• Manage risks and issues in RAID log
• Ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in technological implementation projects, ideally CDPs
• Proficiency with project management software
• Understanding of CDPs, data management platforms, data lakes, marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in luxury retail is a plus

• 12-month FTC
• Salary: £70,000 pa

• Hybrid working – 3 days in central London office
