Summary

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and industry standards
  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within projects
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
