Job Description

In this role you will lead end-to-end project delivery for IT infrastructure initiatives focused on End User Services. This includes managing planning, execution, and delivery phases to ensure solutions enhance user productivity and satisfaction. You’ll bring deep knowledge of technologies like Microsoft 365, endpoint management, virtualization, collaboration tools, and software asset management. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure successful project outcomes that align with both technical requirements and business goals.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for IT infrastructure projects related to End User Services, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • End User Focus: Deep understanding of End User needs and requirements, ensuring projects deliver solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and user satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components relevant to End User Services
  • Workstation & Collaboration Services: Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Virtualization, Collaboration tools
  • Software Asset Management: License management, software deployment, and optimization.
  • IT End User Experience: Service Desk, On-site support, Print services, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Key Skills And Experience

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong emphasis on End User Services
  • Solid knowledge of the IT infrastructure domain
  • Demonstrated success in delivering IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and related technologies
  • Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Nokia’s IT infrastructure and internal systems
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
