Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently coordinate IT initiatives and projects, ensuring successful achievement of defined objectives.
2. Manage and maintain the smooth operation of internal business applications.
3. Take on the role of project manager/IT coordinator for software solution implementations across the company.
4. Serve as the key liaison between operational business units and external vendors by:

• Translating business needs into clear technical and functional specifications;
• Communicating continuously with vendors and monitoring implementation progress.

1. Test implemented solutions to ensure alignment with specifications; coordinate and manage an internal testing team for validating functionalities.
2. Generate and deliver reports from internal applications.
3. Provide user support for implemented applications.
4. Identify departmental, cross-departmental, and inter-company workflows; create detailed process diagrams and functional descriptions.
5. Research and test new technologies in line with strategic IT guidance.
6. Collaborate with operational departments to create or revise business procedures and propose improvements where applicable.
7. Ensure applications are updated with vendor-provided upgrades (legislative changes, reporting features, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivered IT projects.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both within teams and in interactions with end users and external vendors.
• Excellent prioritization and task management abilities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
