Job Description

As a project manager, you will:


  • Lead the planning, initiation, and management of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments, and update them as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish detailed WBS, listing all tasks required to obtain the project goals and identify the necessary resource profiles
  • Develop a detailed project plan based on the product breakdown in order to be able to track progress
  • Stakeholder Management - Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and status briefings.
  • Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Define and manage a project team and make sure every team member knows what is expected from him/her; where you foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, creativity, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Deliver the project on time and according to the expected acceptance criteria
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Project Monitoring - Monitor project performance and quality, conducting regular evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes for project success.
  • Project Reporting - Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Project Quality Assurance - Evaluate and assess the result of and the way of working in the project


The Successful Applicant

The skills we expect the project manager to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, IT, Finance, other with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager, successfully delivering multiple projects in, showcasing your ability to manage complexities and drive results. Any experience within the financial and/or banking industry is considered a plus
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and empowering diverse teams to achieve their best performance.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, with an aptitude for adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to tailor approaches to fit project needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make informed decisions and overcome challenges efficiently.
  • PMI/Prince2 qualification or certification or other relevant certifications are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in project management.
