What you'll do: * You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment. * You will work closely with the development teams and contribute to product architecture and design * You will develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships * You will prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments * You will evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risks * You will escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders What you'll need to succeed: * Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly * Six (6) years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development * Experience supporting the Intelligence Community * Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependencies * Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, to include experience as a Scrum Master * Experience with Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Confluence * Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders * Ability to identify and mitigate project risks * Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues and risks
