We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer with strong Level 3 skills who can lead Office 365 migrations, server configurations, and network deployments, while also assisting with escalated helpdesk issues. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle escalated technical issues from the helpdesk team, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Execute and support project-based work, including Office 365 migrations, server setup/configuration, and network deployments.
  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune.
  • Work with Duo, Unifi, and Meraki technologies as needed.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and assist in optimizing IT processes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of MSP experience handling Level 3 escalations and project work.
  • Strong background in Office 365 administration, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows Servers.
  • Familiarity with Duo, Unifi, and Meraki (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
