IT Project Engineer (Mobile Service) will be responsible for managing the change of device management tools (5000 mobile devices - 80% Android, 20% IOS). IT Project Enigineer will be a liaison between architect and other team members responsible for deployment of the project, applying proper IT standard and rollout of the project.

Resposibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT Architect and other project team members to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Participate actively in the Design and Build phases of each project. Apply the best practices and standards. Consider the security and the reporting/analytics aspects in each project.
• Organize and participate to the test phase. Collect / report issues, troubleshoot, implement corrections.
• Document and maintain project documentation
• Organize and be involved in the transition of Project to Operations
• Provide L3 support to Operations teams (less than 10%, only critical issues)
• All along the project, communicate effectively
• with internal parties to ensure full visibility on your activity and get their feedback.
• with external parties (software editors, integrators, consultants)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Project Engineer or similar role (min 5 years)
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, tools, and methodologies
• Advanced level / certified on the technologies mentioned in previous paragraph
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Customer focus, ability to work with diverse and multicultural teams
• English proficiency

• Android, Apple IOS
• Zero trust device : COPE, ADE
• Microsoft Intune solution
• BroadCom Workspace One
• Security policies: MAM, Conditional Access
• Samsung, Zebra, Apple hardware
• Language: PowerShell, .bat, vbs , bash Linux.
