Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Project Analyst to support Workday integration and HRIS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday EIBs, HR systems, and data analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues and support HR teams with various modules.

This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of employee data within Workday, and in supporting global HR operations during the night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) data loads and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Support HR modules in Workday including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation tasks to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with HR to guide them through complex Workday transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in report building and dashboards for internal analytics and decision-making.
• Conduct quality checks and support basic security configuration in Workday as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Analyst or similar role, ideally in HRIS or ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of Workday EIBs and integration processes.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM modules and HR workflows.
• Understanding of data validation, mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule.

Preferred/Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Workday report building and dashboards.
• Exposure to Workday Studio and advanced integrations.
• Understanding of basic Workday security setup.
• Background in shared services or BPO environments is a plus.
