Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Programming
Advanced proficiency in various operating systems
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience with programming languages and databases including: Python, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and HTML
Demonstrated end-user focus and customer service orientation
Excellent aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

Lead all software programming projects, providing strategic direction and guidance
Design, develop, and implement innovative software applications tailored to the company’s software solution requirements
Direct the testing of new software and applications to identify and resolve any defects or bugs
Manage the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
Collaborate closely with the IT team and other departments to communicate project progress and proposals effectively
Analyze data to strategically coordinate the deployment of new systems or the modification of existing ones
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery
Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations
Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful and timely completion of software initiatives
Apply industry best practices and standard security protocols in all software development activities
Contribute significantly to the strategic development and future direction of the company’s systems
Perform other tasks as required by operations and management
