We are seeking an experienced IT Production Analyst to support workload automation and production operations in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a background in Control-M or equivalent workload automation software, strong scripting and troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time, contingent role with the potential to convert into a permanent position.
Work Schedule & Location:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week
Hybrid model: 2 days onsite per week (New Albany, OH), 3 days remote
Initial onsite training required (approximately 1 week)
On-call every third week (24x7), with compensation for additional time worked
Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to permanent
Key Responsibilities
Build and validate job flows, calendars, and scheduling criteria using workload automation software
Ensure batch jobs and schedules meet efficiency, compliance, and performance standards
Partner with business and application teams to define and optimize automation requirements
Monitor job execution, resolve incidents, and coordinate with support teams as needed
Document procedures, knowledge articles, and root cause analyses (RCA)
Support disaster recovery testing and provide reports on job/schedule activity
Participate in an on-call rotation to address issues outside normal hours
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of data processing or related IT experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with workload automation systems (Control-M strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of server/cloud applications and network monitoring tools
