What will I be doing?

If so, put your skills to work, and join us as a Portfolio Resource Management Analyst to help support these teams! This position will support the Customer Experience and Technology development teams, and be responsible for:
Maintaining resource data to ensure financial and operational accuracy
Creating reports to support strategic decision making
Supporting project and resource plans to help track against milestones and goals
Partnering with Business Management, HR, and Finance to support resource-based decisions
Participating as a Subject Matter Expert in process improvement and tool implementation efforts

Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
To fulfill this role successfully, you should have the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience
Minimum Years of Experience: One (1) year of analyst experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
Medium to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS)
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
It would be helpful in this position for you to have the following capabilities and/or distinctions:
Minimum Years of Experience: Three (3) years of overall experience preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: Two (3) years of operations and/or business analyst and/or project management experience preferred
Either experience in working in a software development environment, or accounting/finance
Working knowledge of Quickbase, or other low code/no code platform
Experience in the Hospitability and/or Technology industries
Areas of Expertise: Design/Create Training Material: 1 - 2 Years
Software Skills: MS Excel Intermediate: 1 - 2 Years
Technical Skills: Documentation Skills: 1 - 2 Years

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
