This position will support the Customer Experience and Technology development teams, and be responsible for: Maintaining resource data to ensure financial and operational accuracy Creating reports to support strategic decision making Supporting project and resource plans to help track against milestones and goals Partnering with Business Management, HR, and Finance to support resource-based decisions Participating as a Subject Matter Expert in process improvement and tool implementation efforts What are we looking for?
