We’re looking for an experienced IT-OT Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact digital transformation projects across manufacturing, labs, and supply chain environments. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies—PLCs, SCADA, MES, LIMS, IoT, Cloud, and Edge—while ensuring compliance with GxP and CSV standards.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of smart manufacturing, managing CAPEX projects for new sites, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with both technical and business stakeholders, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead IT-OT convergence projects across (bio)pharma production, labs, and supply chain.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope and compliance.

Technology Integration

  • Oversee integration of automation and digital systems: PLCs, DCS, SCADA, MES, LIMS, IoT, Cloud, Edge, and DataOps.
  • Leverage Low/No Code platforms for rapid solution deployment.
  • Ensure seamless IT-OT system integration across departments.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all initiatives meet GxP and CSV standards.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and support audits and reviews.

CAPEX Project Management

  • Plan and execute capital projects for new manufacturing sites.
  • Develop financial models and coordinate with procurement and finance teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and regular reporting to ensure alignment.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with IT, OT, engineering, QA, and supply chain teams.
  • Drive collaboration between nearshore and on-site teams.

Travel & Site Support

  • Travel to Paris and other EU sites (25–40%) to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide hands-on support.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT-OT convergence.

  • Adaptability to work across cultures and travel as needed.

Nice to Have
