About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead IT-OT convergence projects across (bio)pharma production, labs, and supply chain.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope and compliance.
Technology Integration
- Oversee integration of automation and digital systems: PLCs, DCS, SCADA, MES, LIMS, IoT, Cloud, Edge, and DataOps.
- Leverage Low/No Code platforms for rapid solution deployment.
- Ensure seamless IT-OT system integration across departments.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all initiatives meet GxP and CSV standards.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and support audits and reviews.
CAPEX Project Management
- Plan and execute capital projects for new manufacturing sites.
- Develop financial models and coordinate with procurement and finance teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and regular reporting to ensure alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, OT, engineering, QA, and supply chain teams.
- Drive collaboration between nearshore and on-site teams.
Travel & Site Support
- Travel to Paris and other EU sites (25–40%) to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct site assessments and provide hands-on support.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT-OT convergence.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in IT-OT program or project management within (bio)pharma.
- Strong understanding of automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS), MES, LIMS, IoT, Cloud, and Edge.
- Solid knowledge of GxP and CSV compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage CAPEX projects and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, IPMA-B, Prince2).
- Adaptability to work across cultures and travel as needed.
Nice to Have
- French language proficiency
- Experience with Low/No Code platforms
- Familiarity with Industrial DataOps and smart manufacturing trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Project management certification (PMP, IPMA-B, or Prince2)
